Service Description

The vehicle is washed using ph neutral shampoo using twin grit guard bucket system to prevent any stones and sharp edged particles being carried onto the car via wash mitt • Wheels are cleaned using a non-acidic; citrus based cleaner and specifically designed horse hair brushes • Door shuts, petrol cap, arches and lower sections parts will be cleaned (where accessible) • The vehicle is hand dried using deep-pile microfiber towels • The paintwork is treated with a Clay bar (mild or aggressive) removing bonded surface contaminants • Applying Body Solvent, this dissolves / removes tar, road grime, honey dew and bug splatter deposits and other petroleum based substance • Tyres dressed • Exterior plastics and door trims dressed Paint Treatment The paint is treated by hand with a pre wax oil - to help adhesion of the sealant OR A mildly abrasive cleansing lotion - This product contains a mild mixture of cleansing agents, glaze oils and micro abrasives, which once applied help remove very light swirl marks. Sealant 1 layer of our preferred high grade carnauba wax is applied to the paint surface, ensuring a durable level of protection, a range of sealants and waxes are available this will be discussed upon inspection. Interior • Carpets & Seats vacuumed • Windows are cleaned on the inside • Interior trim and surfaces are all cleaned using Chemical Guys grade products **The starting price for this service is $250 for standard sized sedan vehicles. All vehicles are subject to a physical inspection to give a more accurate quote. This package does not include removal pet hair or burning man vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

Broken Appointments We do not over-book our schedule. This means your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you do not come, not only is your own car care delayed, but no car else is able to be treated during that time. If you absolutely must reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice (before 9 am Friday for Monday appointments) to avoid possible broken appointment fees. In some cases, especially for large appointment space, you may be asked to give greater notice. We may ask you to reserve your appointment with a deposit toward your treatment, especially for longer appointments. This allows us to exclusively reserve your appointment time. We realize there is always a good reason for not keeping a scheduled appointment. We have found, however, that it is best to be open and honest about what is expected, so that we may provide the highest quality service.
